Lending Done Differently
At Lendology, we believe finance should support people, not pressure them.
Because everyone deserves to feel safe and secure in their own home.
We are a B Corp(™) certified, social lender providing responsible home improvement loans to homeowners across the UK. Since 2003, we’ve helped people repair, improve and adapt their homes; from fixing leaking roofs, new windows and doors to funding energy efficiency upgrades and disability adaptations.
We understand that borrowing money can feel daunting. That’s why every loan application is reviewed by a real person who takes the time to understand your circumstances. We focus on affordability, fairness and long-term outcomes, and where grants or alternative funding are available, we’ll always explore those options first.
Our loans are fixed, transparent and designed to give you peace of mind. Authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority, we work in partnership with local councils to provide safe, accessible finance for homeowners who may not be able to access mainstream lending. Because everyone deserves to feel safe and secure in their own home.
Through responsible lending and community finance, we help people access fair and transparent finance to improve their homes and living conditions.
Working in partnership with local councils, we support homeowners to carry out essential repairs, improvements and energy efficiency upgrades, helping to create safer, warmer homes.
By doing this, we aim to contribute to stronger, more resilient communities across the UK.
