Emma brings her experience of managing large teams in multinational organisations to our small but mighty team of Lendologists. Passionate about driving expansion, since joining Lendology, Emma has led the team through a re-brand and re-imagining of our loan service, through maximising the potential of our team members and seizing opportunities for improvement.
Her work has been recognised two years in a row by the Wise 100 Awards, recognising the top 100 women in leadership roles across the Social Enterprise sector. Emma’s focus for 2023 and beyond is on expanding our services across the UK through new partnerships with local councils and community energy groups. Ellie is driven to find solutions for partners and clients every day, and this drive has seen Ellie develop her skills across the organisation. A dynamic leader, our Chief Operating Officer oversees all of our operations as well as supporting her colleagues to develop in their own roles and beyond.
A keen public speaker, Ellie is always happy to present on the work we do here at Lendology CIC, be that to a crowd of 5 or 500.
