Currently on maternity leave, Anna’s vision of inclusivity, supportiveness and making a positive difference to our clients, partners and team members is evidenced through her dedication to her role and belief in the work we do. Anna is also committed to minimising our environmental impact at Lendology, and works closely with Shannon to ensure we are working towards carbon net zero.

Amanda worked closely with Anna to learn the ropes of our finances before Anna embarked on her maternity leave. Amanda is enjoying working in a new environment with a new team, and in a past life also delivered mortgage advice, which means Amanda understands the roles of our advisers, although we haven’t tempted her back into an advising role yet!
Amanda prefers the quieter, more reflective life of accounting and financial reporting these days, including meeting the strict reporting requirements of the Financial Conduct Authority, and keeping our Board of Directors up-to-date with our nifty monthly and quarterly metrics reporting.

Andy brings his experience of working at HSBC to Lendology, and has worked closely with our West of England partners to deliver lending across a diverse region. Andy now works across all partner areas, and has seized the opportunity to learn how other partners work.
Andy’s experience of delivering training across the UK whilst at HSBC means that he is also a keen presenter and enjoys sharing his knowledge and experience of the work in a relaxed, informative way.
Harriet Del Rey
Communications Lead and Junior Loan Adviser
The newest addition to our advising team, as well as our Communications Lead, Harriet is passionate about two things and two things only: how do clients hear about us and when they do, how can we improve their journey through the application process. As a Social Enterprise, our marketing budget is small but our impact is huge, and Harriet is key to getting that message across.
Harriet has recently discovered a passion for data analysis to inform her thinking around these two crucial aspects of our client journey.

Digital Communications Lead
It was clear from the moment Shannon joined the team that her strengths lay within all things digital, and we have supported Shannon to become our Digital Communications Lead. Bringing a stylistic eye to all things social as well as a personal passion for sustainability, Shannon is enjoying bringing these skills together for the benefit of a Social Enterprise recycling local council capital.
Working closely with Harriet and Max, Shannon may well be the first person our clients speak to, and her reassuring manner puts everyone’s minds at rest.

Client Liaison Officer
Max is our first port of call for clients, and his experience in the hospitality sector means he brings top customer service skills and a willingness to find solutions for all to his role. Going out of his way to help is second nature, and this means Max will often talk a client through their various options and signpost to alternative or complementary services where this provides the best solution based on the client’s needs.
Having limited office or finance experience, our recruitment of Max reflects our ability to see someone’s potential, and our commitment to recruit on attitude instead of just experience. We think Max is enjoying his evenings and weekends off too though.

Tony’s methodical approach to finance means he is best placed to deal with the reporting needs of our partners. Currently, we hold funds for our existing partners in separate financial pots and report to each individually about the movement of their capital. Tony’s keen eye ensures our finances are kept in tiptop condition, as evidenced by strong audit reports year on year.
