Our Case Manager, Lee, brings a wealth of experience from the business lending sector and is Lendology’s commercial lending expert. Lee is working closely with Bristol City Council and South Gloucestershire Council to drive referrals into the scheme. Lee is also keen to build relationships with commercial developers to increase awareness and uptake of our empty property loans scheme, to ensure no home remains empty where the only barrier is responsible finance.
