Our Accessibility and Inclusivity Promise
At Lendology, we are always seeking new solutions to help us expand the availability and accessibility of our loan scheme. Our commitment to accessibility includes online and in person solutions.
Our aim is to reach every home owner possible so that no one is excluded from being able to access the solutions to live in a safe and warm home.
With that in mind, we have recently launched new tools in order to enhance the accessibility of our website. The UserWay tool at the bottom of every page allows any user to tailor the website to fit their needs, including increasing the font size, reading content out loud and a dyslexia friendly tool and the ability to translate our website into several languages.
We welcome family members, friends, carers or support workers to be present during assessments, whether online, in person or over the phone. We are also able to pay for translation services where appropriate.
If your property is in need of repair and you do not know how you will be able to fund the works, please do contact us. Subject to assessment, we can help provide top up funding for grants towards accessibility works, discretionary works to your home in advance of failing health, or home repairs.
