Is your boiler broken or your roof revealing the rain? Are your electrics exhausted or your plumbing problematic? Don’t delay in repairing your home today!
For eligible homeowners living in Taunton Deane, Sedgemoor or West Somerset, the three councils have launched a new loan reduction scheme.
This means, for example, if the works to your home are going to cost £3,000 and you apply for a Lendology Home Improvement Loan you may only need to borrow £2,000.
With a Wessex Home Improvement Loan, you could borrow from £1,000 to £15,000 with a range of repayment options based on your circumstances; choose your own contractor and no early repayment charges.
Typical Capital Repayments Example
Interest is fixed at a rate of 4% throughout the loan (Typical 4.2% APR)
Cost of works | Amount borrowed | Number of monthly repayments | Amount of monthly repayments | Total fees payable (Land Registry Fee) | Total amount payable |
£3,000 | £2,000 | 60 | £36.83 | £20 | £2,229.98 |
