We have some exciting news to share with you. Lendology will be attending the EHN Conference 2023, which will be held today at The Studio, Cannon Street, Birmingham. This year’s conference promises to be the biggest and most informative yet, supporting local councils across the UK to turn empty properties into much needed homes.
Lendology will be participating in the Conference, with our Empty Homes Lead and Service Delivery Manager, Harriet Del Rey, and our newest Case Manager, Lee Plummer, attending the event. They are looking forward to engaging with industry professionals, gaining valuable insights, and sharing Lendology’s expertise in providing affordable and responsible finance to homeowners.
Empty homes have long been a pressing issue in our society, and Lendology has been working in partnership with local councils since 2005 to address the problem. We are proud to announce that our efforts have been recognised through the prestigious Empty Homes Network Awards 2023.

We are thrilled to have been highly commended for the Best Partnership Award, as it exemplifies the positive impact that can be achieved when organizations work together to tackle social challenges.
Lendology’s commitment to addressing empty homes extends to our effective use of media. Our video showcasing the success story of Pow Property Ltd’s renovation of a 200-year-old derelict property into a beautiful 8-bed HMO in Taunton perfectly exemplifies the Best Use of Media. Through this video, we highlight the journey of Pow Property and their collaboration with Lendology, showcasing the positive impact that can be made through our Empty Property Loan scheme. We are honored to have won the Best Use of Media Award, sponsored by Grafton Empty Homes Ltd., as it reflects our commitment to using media as a tool to promote the importance of bringing empty homes back into use and creating thriving communities.
We are delighted to have been recognized with The Innovation Award for our partnership with Dorset Council. This award highlights our innovative approach to tackling the challenges of long-term empty homes, particularly the successful transformation of 25 West Street in Blandford Forum. Through collaboration, funding, and strategic planning, we have brought this empty property back into use, providing affordable housing and contributing to the revitalization of the community.
