  • Loans for homeowners aged 60 years or over to improve the warmth, comfort, safety or security of their homes. Find out more here.
  • Five year bridging loans for the purpose of bringing empty homes back into habitable use. Find out more here.

The Local Council is the lender and Lendology CIC administer the loans on behalf of the Local Council, working in partnership with Parity Trust Limited.  Lendology CIC do not make the lending decisions for these loans. Lendology CIC provide administrative support to the local councils as sub-contracted by Parity Trust Limited.

If you already have a loan with one of the above local councils and have a query about your loan balance, your monthly direct debit, or you wish to settle your loan, please contact your local council in the first instance.

Flexible Home Improvement Loans is a consortium of local councils providing home improvement loans to homeowners for essential home repairs and improvements, as well as to landlords and owners of empty properties.
