Lending council funds ensures a recycling pot of capital, which is repaid and can be lent again. Lendology’s loans for home repairs and renewable energy loans are delivered for people, by people.

The interest rate is set annually by the council. The current interest rate for homeowners in West Devon is 4%. Everyone living in this area will receive the same interest rate, regardless of the loan amount, loan term or personal circumstances. The interest rate is fixed for the term of the loan.

Borrow £5,000 over 60 months, £92.08 monthly repayments. Total amount repayable = £5,544.96, including £20 fee for registering the Title Restriction against your property at the Land Registry.
