Mr and Mrs G residents in Neopardy found themselves stressed when their septic tank completely collapsed without warning. The broken treatment system was leaking sewage into the environment and desperately needed to be replaced before the problem worsened.
The clients were unprepared for a pricey quote that came in at around £10K, so they contacted Mid Devon Council to find out what help was available. The council put the couple in touch with Lendology CIC who, subject to the financial assessment, were pleased to lend for the work.
Mr and Mrs G were unsure of what they would have done without their home improvement loan funded by their local council. Feeling relieved and happier now the new septic tank has been installed, their advice to other homeowners struggling with financing home repairs would be: “We would recommend making contact with Lendology – it has taken off the stress of owning an older property.”
