Lending Done Differently

What does a financial assessment involve?

Written by Emma Lower, Chief Executive

We aim to provide access to finance options that may support a range of individual circumstances.

Our free, no-obligation financial assessment is a face-to-face appointment with a trained case manager. The appointment typically lasts an hour and is an opportunity to understand whether you may be eligible for a loan, based on your personal circumstances and subject to eligibility and affordability checks.

There is no obligation to proceed with a loan application at or after this appointment. If you do decide to apply, our team will support you throughout the application process.

During the appointment, we will ask about your income, which may include sources such as salary, self-employed earnings, benefits, pension, maintenance or rental income. we will also discuss your regular outgoings, including household costs, utility bills, travel, food, household expenses, and any existing credit commitments. This helps us understand your financial situation and assess affordability.

Based on this information, we will explain the loan options that may be available to you, along with how they work, including repayment requirements and key considerations, so you can make an informed decision.

To book an appointment or to have an informal chat about your circumstances, contact us now.

Loans are subject to status and are typically protected by a Title Restriction. Missing payments could affect your credit rating and ability to obtain credit in the future.
A Title Restriction means that you may not be able to sell your home without our permission unless the loan is fully repaid.
This is a financial promotion approved by Lendology CIC.

The information provided does not constitute financial advice and should not be considered as such. It is intended to support individuals by providing general information and signposting to services that may be able to assist based on their circumstances.
