Pow Property contacted Lendology after acquiring a 200 year old derelict building in the heart of Taunton. Mark and Martin Pow renovate run down properties and turn them into upmarket homes for private tenants.
Somerset West and Taunton Council had cornered off the building due it to being unsafe to the community. Since then, the building has been vastly improved and Pow Property are well on their way in making a dull, run down building into a bright and flourishing HMO.
