Strada Property Investment took on a property as the owners had moved several years before. The owners were no longer able to visit the property, so it was left in despair. It was not possible to sell the house in its condition, so it sadly remained empty.
Partway through the renovation, Mrs O and Miss O discovered serious structural issues which they had not planned for and didn’t have the funding to fix.
