Customer Impact
Our loans have allowed homeowners to spread the cost of a wide range of home repairs, adaptations and energy-efficient improvements. Over 90% of our customers reported improved energy efficiency in their homes, while 65% saw a significant reduction in stress and anxiety related to their home.
Social and Environmental Benefits
In 2023, we provided £2.54 million in loans, supporting 236 projects. Our loans have supported the removal of nearly 19,000kg of CO2. We’re proud to be a certified carbon-neutral personal lender and to have achieved B Corp™ status, affirming our dedication to sustainable and responsible business practices.
Future Goals
We continue to advocate for financial inclusion and are excited about the growth of the Community Development Finance sector.
Our new Carbon Reduction Plan, launching in Autumn 2024, will further enhance our commitment to balancing environmental impact with growth.
