We are proud to announce that Lendology have signed up to the Somerset SME Wellbeing pledge via New Leaf Life Design. Life Design is a revolutionary new approach to traditional, out-dated Employee Assistant Programmes. Uniquely fusing the professions of counselling and coaching, it addresses many of the ‘people problems’ faced by employers in our fast-paced, ever-changing world.
We have signed up to take action for wellbeing in Somerset as per the following pledge:
OUR PLEDGE
We’re taking action to help make Somerset the UK centre of wellbeing. We pledge to:
1. Encourage conversations about wellbeing
2. Know where to signpost for help and support
3. Encourage training of all staff in wellbeing and mental health
4. Take steps to look after our own wellbeing
5. Encourage and organise green wellbeing pause points in nature, with nature and by nature
At Lendology, we are very lucky to have access to the countryside on our doorstep. Over the last year, we have encouraged a walking culture for wellness which all of our team members have embraced.
