We are thrilled to announce a new partnership between Lendology CIC and Merton Council.
With the launch of our lending scheme in Merton, residents now have access to low-interest rate loans designed to make sustainable upgrades accessible.
This loan could be available to homeowners or landlord in Merton looking to invest in energy-efficient home improvements. Whether you’re considering solar panels, solar batteries, air source heat pumps, or simply looking to improve insulation and upgrade windows.
Councillor Natasha Irons, Cabinet Member for Local Environment, Greenspaces, and Climate, said:
“Reaching Merton’s borough-wide target of being net-zero by 2050 means changing how we heat and power our homes. Making homes more energy efficient puts money back into people’s pockets and helps to tackle climate change, so we are delighted to be able to launch this scheme. We are proud to be the first Council in London to offer residents this innovative finance option with Lendology, so we can make retrofit more accessible, support more people to cut their energy bills and reduce Merton’s carbon emissions.”
Emma Lower, CEO of Lendology, echoed this sentiment, highlighting the shared mission between Lendology and Merton Council to create real impact in the lives of individuals and communities. Through this partnership, we aim to not only transform homes but also uplift communities and contribute to the fight against climate change.
Our energy efficiency loan scheme offers financing of up to £20,000, while our renewable energy loans also provide support of up to £20,000 for projects such as solar panels, battery storage, and heat pumps.
If you’re a homeowner or landlord with properties in the London Borough of Merton, we encourage you to explore the opportunities available through our partnership with Merton Council.
